Backyard, rooftop, dockside! Some of the most memorable weddings are relaxed and down-to-earth. This option is ideal for couples looking for a warm, personal experience without formal structure.

Visiting Charleston to get married? I specialize in supporting out-of-town couples with flexible scheduling, local insight, and a simple process for remote planning. In town for a weekend elopement or a full wedding weekend, I’ll make the ceremony part easy and enjoyable.

What's Included

Each officiant service with Charleston Vows Elevated includes more than just showing up on your big day. I offer personal guidance, ceremony customization, and reliable support from start to finish:

Pre-ceremony consultation – We’ll connect virtually or in person to discuss your ceremony goals, preferences, and any important details. Whether you have a clear vision or need help shaping one, I’ll help guide the conversation.
Custom-written ceremony script – No templates here. I craft each ceremony to reflect your story, tone, and values—whether it’s heartfelt and emotional, light and joyful, or somewhere in between.
On-site officiation – I’ll arrive early, coordinate with key vendors, and lead your ceremony with professionalism, warmth, and calm presence.
Travel within the Charleston area – I provide wedding officiant services throughout Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Summerville, Folly Beach, Isle of Palms, Kiawah Island, and any location within South Carolina. (Additional travel fees may apply for areas outside of Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester Counties.)
Marriage license signing and filing – After your ceremony, I’ll ensure your marriage license is signed correctly and filed with the appropriate county office, so everything is legally complete.
Optional rehearsal attendance – While I’m not a wedding planner or coordinator, I’m happy to attend your rehearsal if needed and offer suggestions for ceremony flow, timing, or positioning.
